Minimum 2 years experience as Leads Qualifier or SDR.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, self-driven with ability to meet daily/monthly targets.
Comfortable using LinkedIn and email for prospecting.

Mansioni

Research and identify potential client prospects via web and social media.
Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach to generate initial interest and schedule discovery calls.
Understand prospects' pain points, address objections, and secure appointments.
Prepare prospect profiles with bio, LinkedIn, pain points, and appointment details.
Coach and follow up with prospects to ensure attendance of scheduled meetings.
Maintain organized sales pipeline and CRM activity records (Zoho or Salesforce).
Meet or exceed KPIs: appointments scheduled, qualified opportunities, and deals from meetings.
