Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking an experienced Google Ads PPC Specialist to own paid search for a Shopify store. The role starts with auditing, restructuring, and scaling D2C campaigns to raise conversion rates and revenue.

It will expand into building and scaling B2B and OEM lead generation campaigns as targets are hit, with a focus on data-driven strategy and hands-on execution. The successful candidate will analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and communicate strategic recommendations to scale

Qualifications

• 4+ years actively managing Google Ads for Shopify/e-commerce stores.
• Proven record of increasing D2C conversion rates and revenue efficiency.
• Strong understanding of D2C e-commerce funnels and buyer behavior.
• Experience with B2B demand generation and lead generation funnels.
• Technical fluency with GA4, UTM parameters, tags, and Enhanced Conversions.
• Hands-on experience with keyword gap analysis tools like SEMrush/SimilarWeb/KP Planner.
• Strong data analytics skills to translate campaign data into decisions.
• Self-motivated, thorough, and able to work without hand-holding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit, restructure, and scale Performance Max, Shopping, and Search campaigns.
• Optimize product feeds titles, attributes, categories, and labels.
• Apply negative keywords and placement exclusions to reduce wasted spend.
• Improve conversion tracking across GA4 and Enhanced Conversions.
• Build and launch targeted B2B and OEM campaigns for leads and RFQs.
• Set up campaign and audience segmentation between consumer and business buyers.
• Optimize B2B lead funnels to reduce CPA and improve quality.
• Conduct keyword, search term, auction insights, and Performance Max optimizations.
• Deliver performance reports with learnings and budget recommendations.
• Keep stakeholders informed about performance shifts and growth opportunities.
