Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking a hands-on Shopify E-commerce & Digital Growth Manager to oversee four Shopify websites and drive revenue growth. The role blends technical tweaks, layout refinements, and strategic promotions to lift conversions and AOV.

You will analyze sales data, run CRO experiments, and align promotions with email and marketing campaigns, delivering monthly insights to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Shopify e-commerce experience with proven success managing stores.
• Experience managing multiple websites or e-commerce brands.
• Strong understanding of CRO, UX, and online merchandising.
• Ability to modify Shopify themes, sections, landing pages, and layouts.
• Experience with Shopify Analytics, GA4, and promotional campaign management.
• Strong design sense and familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to improve e-commerce performance with measurable results.
• Thorough, resourceful, and effective when working independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain four Shopify websites, including homepage layouts, banners, navigation, collections, and product pages.
• Look after product information, pricing, images, and promotional content.
• Enhance the mobile and desktop shopping experience and troubleshoot website issues.
• Spot opportunities to raise conversion rates and average order value across product pages, landing pages, and customer journeys.
• Run A/B tests and roll out improvements based on customer behavior and sales data.
• Build monthly and seasonal promotional calendars and deliver sales campaigns, product launches, special offers, and bundles.
• Align website promotions with email and digital marketing campaigns, and evaluate the results.
• Track sales, traffic, conversion rates, and average order value in Shopify Analytics and GA4.
• Prepare weekly performance updates and monthly growth reports with actionable recommendations.
• Optimize products, collections, and site content for SEO, and support email marketing and customer retention efforts.
