Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Google Ads PPC Specialist to own paid search for our Shopify store and future B2B/OEM campaigns. You will audit, restructure, and scale D2C initiatives to improve conversion rates and revenue, then expand into lead generation for business customers.

Ideal candidates are analytical, proactive, and comfortable owning both strategy and hands-on execution across GA4, feeds, and remarketing, with a track record of driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing Google Ads for Shopify e-commerce stores.
• Proven ability to raise D2C conversion rate and revenue efficiency.
• Strong grasp of D2C funnels and buyer behavior.
• Experience with B2B demand generation and lead funnels.

Responsibilities

• Audit, restructure, and scale Performance Max, Shopping, and Search campaigns.
• Optimize the Google Shopping feed: titles, attributes, categories, labels.
• Roll out negative keywords and placement exclusions to cut wasted spend.
• Audit GA4 and Enhanced Conversions for accurate attribution.
• Create and launch targeted B2B and OEM campaigns to generate leads and RFQs.
• Build segmentation separating consumer vs business traffic.
• Improve B2B lead funnels to reduce CPA and raise lead quality.
• Handle ongoing keyword, search term, auction, and Performance Max optimizations.
• Prepare performance reports with learnings and scaling recommendations.
• Flag performance shifts and growth opportunities proactively.
