Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Clients & Growth Coordinator to support growth managers and directors across Australia. You will assist with client research, pitches, reporting, marketing, work winning, and event logistics to drive strategic priorities.

With a strong administrative background and understanding of the BD lifecycle, you will help implement initiatives like the Global Client Program, enabling leaders to focus on client engagement and growth for key sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a professional services or corporate environment.
• Experience delivering high-quality BD and work-winning support in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent English communication; ability to learn WSP systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Clients & Growth Managers and Directors in Australia to align expectations and service delivery.
• Assist with client research, pitches, reporting, marketing, and event logistics.
• Coordinate inputs from multiple teams to meet deadlines and ensure materials match brand.
• Organise client events, conferences, and technical forums/webinars; support global campaigns.
• Provide reporting support and coordinate account-management activities with growth leaders.
