Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business field.
• 3–5 years in corporate/business development, preferably with B2G/government transactions.
• Experience in government bidding, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and presentation skills.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop B2G opportunities, partnerships and government accounts.
• Lead and monitor bidding activities, including proposal preparation and submission requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals and business strategies.
• Monitor government procurement trends, opportunities and market developments.
• Manage relationships with government agencies, partners and key stakeholders.
• Supervise team activities and ensure timely completion of corporate development initiatives.
