Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Clients & Growth Coordinator in Manila to support Australian growth objectives. The role assists with client research, pitches, reporting, marketing, work winning, and event logistics, enabling efficient business development across key clients and sectors.

Combining strong administrative skills with an understanding of the BD lifecycle, the role helps leaders focus on client engagement, relationship-building and growth priorities, while aligning with global client

Qualifications

• More than 8 years of relevant experience in a professional services or corporate environment.
• Experience delivering high-quality BD and work winning support services in demanding and fast-paced environments.
• Experience with consulting engineering firms (desirable).
• Experience with internationally based internal clients (desirable).
• Ability to mentor staff and deliver results.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to learn and train others in WSP systems and processes.
• Skilled in managing client expectations and achieving positive outcomes in challenging environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Suite skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support Clients & Growth Managers and Directors in alignment of expectations and service delivery.
• Assist with client research and market insights to shape strategies.
• Prepare client-facing documents, pitches, proposals, and coordinate inputs to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate events, conferences, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
• Provide reporting support and track progress on growth initiatives.
• Assist account management activities in consultation with managers.
