Job summary

WSP in Manila seeks a Clients & Growth Coordinator to support growth managers and directors in achieving strategic priorities for the Australian business. You will assist with client research, pitches, reporting, marketing and event logistics while coordinating inputs from multiple teams within a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in a professional services or corporate environment.
• Experience delivering high-quality BD and work winning support services in demanding and fast paced environments.
• Experience working with consulting engineering firms is desired but not essential.
• Experience working with internationally based internal clients is desired but not essential.
• Ability to act as a role model and mentor, motivate and encourage staff to achieve results.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to learn and train others in WSP systems and processes.
• Skilled in managing client expectations and achieving positive outcomes in challenging environments.
• Advanced level in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Work with Australia-based Clients & Growth Managers and Directors to align expectations and service delivery.
• Comply with policies and processes related to Clients & Growth functions.
• Understand WSP processes related to winning work, client feedback and the Global Client Program.
• Conduct client and market research to inform strategies and opportunities.
• Assist in preparing client-facing documents like capability documents, pitches and proposals.
• Coordinate inputs from various teams to meet deadlines and ensure materials are aligned with WSP branding.
• Collaborate with Graphic Design Studio to elevate client presentations.
• Help organise client events, conferences and webinars; support global marketing campaigns.
• Provide reporting support as required; coordinate account management activities with Managers.
