Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to own and grow a founder’s LinkedIn presence, turning audience attention into conversations and qualified leads.

The role requires a deep understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, engaging content, and proactive ownership to drive results. You will manage content, engage daily with the target audience, build targeted prospect lists, and run outreach campaigns with thoughtful, personalized messaging while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing a LinkedIn presence and/or running LinkedIn lead generation (with real examples or results)
• Excellent written English for writing comments and messages to a professional, international audience
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn automation tools such as Dripify, Expandi, HeyReach, or similar
• Experience building targeted prospect lists with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm and what drives reach in 2026
• A proactive ownership mindset that spots opportunities and acts on them
• Organized, conscientious, and self‑managing
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Schedule, publish, and manage LinkedIn content (posts, newsletters, documents) on a founder’s profile
• Lead daily engagement by writing thoughtful, human comments on target-audience posts to build profile visibility
• Create targeted prospect lists and run connection and message sequences through outreach campaigns
• Identify warm leads, meaning people who engaged with the content, and reach out with personalized, non-spammy messages
• Measure reach, engagement, connections, replies, and leads, and report on results
• Propose data-driven improvements to content and outreach based on what the numbers show
• Keep all outreach safe, personal, and on-brand
