vamasters, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to build new client acquisition channels from scratch. You will design, launch, and test channels (paid, email, LinkedIn, outbound, referrals) on a lean budget, turning winners into repeatable growth engines.

The candidate is resourceful, data-driven, and ready to challenge leadership when numbers point in another direction. Strong English and AI-tool comfort are required for success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building at least one marketing channel from zero with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (Meta/Facebook, Google, or LinkedIn).
• Strong funnel metrics understanding; able to diagnose why leads don't convert.
• Resourceful prospect research to identify specific people and companies online.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; asks questions before solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable using AI tools to move faster while applying judgment.
• Confident to voice opinions, set priorities, and justify decisions.
• Dependable, precise, and self-sufficient.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and test new acquisition channels including paid ads, email, LinkedIn, outbound, and referrals.
• Run lean-budget experiments, read results, decide what to scale or drop.
• Monitor funnel from lead to signed client with focus on lead quality and cost per client.
• Shape lead qualification elements like landing pages, forms, and targeting.
• Research target businesses and decision makers using LinkedIn, review sites, and sources.
• Write and execute personalized outreach campaigns to prospective clients.
• Leverage client base, reviews, referrals, and partner relationships.
• Partner with the sales team to strengthen lead handoff and follow-up.
• Report results with clear recommendations and what isn't worth pursuing.
• Take ownership of growth strategy as channels prove themselves.
