vamasters, Inc. is seeking a LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to own and grow a founder’s LinkedIn presence. You will create engaging content, manage outreach sequences, and turn audience engagement into qualified leads for international audiences.

You’ll rely on sharp English writing, strong outreach instincts, and data-driven improvements to scale reach and conversations. This hands-on role lets you own growth and drive tangible results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing a LinkedIn presence and/or running LinkedIn lead generation with measurable results.
• Excellent written English for professional, international outreach.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools such as Dripify, Expandi, or HeyReach.
• Experience building targeted prospect lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm and reach drivers in 2026.
• Proactive ownership mindset that spots opportunities and takes action.
• Organised, conscientious, and capable of working solo.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, publish, and manage LinkedIn content on a founder's profile.
• Lead daily engagement with thoughtful comments to raise visibility.
• Build targeted prospect lists and run message sequences via outreach campaigns.
• Find warm leads and contact them with personalized, non-spammy messages.
• Track reach, engagement, connections, replies, and leads; report results.
• Recommend data-driven improvements to content and outreach.
• Keep outreach safe, personal, and on-brand.
