Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking a proactive Lead Generation and Email Outreach Specialist in the Philippines to drive outbound prospecting and manage marketing email campaigns. You will build targeted lists, run sequences, craft compelling outreach, and oversee inbound leads with precise CRM management.

You will collaborate closely with the founder to refine messaging and outreach strategy, document processes, and establish scalable SOPs as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Apollo.io for list building, sequencing, and outbound campaign management
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation and cold email outreach
• Proficiency with CRM platforms for lead tracking and pipeline management
• Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices, including domain warm-up, spam avoidance, and inbox placement
• Ability to write clear, compelling outreach copy that drives engagement
• Experience tracking and reporting on campaign KPIs such as open rates, reply rates, and conversion rates
• Self-directed, precise, and consistently dependable with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Build targeted prospect lists in Apollo.io from defined ideal client profiles
• Set up and run outbound email sequences and cold outreach campaigns in Apollo.io
• Create, schedule, and send marketing email campaigns
• Watch campaign metrics and fine-tune sequences to improve open rates, reply rates, and conversions
• Manage inbound lead flow so every lead gets timely follow-up and correct routing
• Keep lead records, contact data, and the overall pipeline clean across CRM systems
• Produce regular reports on campaign performance, lead volume, and pipeline activity
• Research and find new prospecting channels and audience segments
• Work directly with the founder to refine messaging, targeting criteria, and outreach strategy
• Document processes and create standard operating procedures as workflows settle
