vamasters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to drive growth for a founder-led personal brand.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, covering lead generation, email marketing, funnel optimization, paid ads oversight, and brand messaging. You will build and refine workflows in GoHighLevel, manage email nurture sequences, polish copy across funnels, and coordinate across social channels.

Qualifications

• Proven background in lead generation, sales funnels, and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience for lead management and automation.
• Strong email marketing skills, including nurture flows and campaigns.
• Excellent English communication with authentic brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Run and improve lead generation across organic social, paid media, and inbound enquiries.
• Qualify and follow up with sales leads and move them through the sales process.
• Build and refine lead management workflows, funnels, and upsell/down-sell pathways in GoHighLevel.
• Manage and upgrade email marketing flows, nurture sequences, and campaigns.
• Polish messaging and copy across funnels, emails, landing pages, and social channels to match brand voice.
• Direct Meta Ads strategy and use performance data to scale effective campaigns.
• Structure and optimize landing pages and conversion points with data and heat maps.
• Coordinate lead generation and messaging across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Support blog SEO, newsletter strategy, and wider brand development.
• Spot PR and partnership opportunities and set KPIs with the founder for long-term growth.
