Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to drive growth for a founder-led personal brand.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across lead generation, sales, email marketing, funnel optimization, paid ads oversight, and brand messaging. You will manage day-to-day growth systems, optimize conversions, and contribute to the brand's long-term vision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales funnels, and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) experience for lead management, funnels, and automation.
• Strong email marketing skills, including nurture flows, segmentation, and campaign management.
• Solid understanding of Meta Ads strategy and the ability to guide ad execution from performance data.
• Excellent copywriting and messaging skills, with an authentic, human brand voice rather than generic AI-generated text.
• Strong sales thinking and the ability to qualify and speak with leads directly.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear, professional communication.
• Comfortable using AI and analytics tools to support optimization while keeping the brand's human quality intact.
• Methodical, dependable, and self-starting.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve lead generation across organic social, paid media, and inbound enquiries so no lead is missed.
• Qualify and follow up on sales leads, and be on hand to speak with leads directly to move them through the sales process.
• Build and optimize lead management workflows, funnels, and up-sell/down-sell pathways in GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Manage and strengthen email marketing flows, nurture sequences, and subscriber campaigns to grow and retain a warm database.
• Refine messaging and copy across funnels, emails, newsletters, landing pages, and social channels to match an authentic brand voice.
• Direct Meta Ads strategy, using performance data to steer execution and scale what's working.
• Structure and improve landing pages and conversion points using data and tools such as heat maps.
• Align lead generation and keep messaging consistent across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Support blog SEO, newsletter strategy, and wider brand development, including input on offers and courses.
• Identify PR and partnership opportunities and work with the founder to set KPIs and plan long-term growth.
