Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with leadership exposure.
• Experience in multi-entity or holding company structure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies, policies, and programs.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and succession planning.
• Support subsidiary HR teams and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
• Drive organizational development, culture, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Advise senior leadership on HR and workforce planning matters.
