iSupport Worldwide is seeking a highly organized B2B Account Manager to manage relationships with grocery retailers and distributors, overseeing the order-to-invoice process. You will work with ERP/EDI platforms, ensuring accurate orders, timely deliveries, and invoice accuracy, coordinating with production, logistics, and finance.

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of B2B Account Management or Customer Relationship Management experience with retailers, grocery chains, distributors, or similar accounts.
• Experience managing B2B relationships with focus on customer satisfaction, account growth, and partnerships.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Plex, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) and EDI platforms (SPS Commerce).
• Strong proficiency with retailer portals, order management processes, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for grocery retail and distributor accounts, building relationships with buyers and logistics contacts.
• Manage accounts by understanding requirements and acting as a proactive business partner.
• Receive, review, and process purchase orders via email, EDI, and portals.
• Enter and maintain order data in Plex ERP and related systems.
• Verify orders, delivery schedules, and production availability with customers and production teams.
• Maintain records across ERP, EDI/SPS Commerce, and retailer portals.
• Submit fulfillment, shipping, and compliance docs per customer requirements.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and shipment scheduling to align with forecasts.
• Communicate projected orders and production volumes with external partners.
• Generate and process invoices through ERP and EDI platforms.
• Prepare reports to support visibility into operations.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies (short shipments, billing issues, disputes).
• Address order changes, delivery concerns, and compliance matters promptly.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, finance, and management to resolve escalations.
• Track key metrics like order accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Provide updates and insights to internal stakeholders and customers.
