Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven experience in account management, project management, or business development is a plus.
• Experience in B2B and startup environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients through service excellence.
• Fulfill client orders from intake to delivery of the product/service.
• Handle client calls and emails for inquiry resolution, program planning, and order confirmation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful execution of client projects and initiatives.
• Conduct business reviews and ensure accuracy of client records.
