Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage entry, confirmation, and invoicing for domestic and export orders.
• Partner with 3PL and 4PL providers for daily delivery operations.
• Maintain 100% adherence to SOX policies and FSSC 22000 audit requirements.
• Handle customer complaints and manage financial disputes.
• Identify bottlenecks in the order fulfillment process.
