Job summary

DSWD is seeking a Project Development Officer III to supervise the Client Relations and Strategic Operational Leadership units, coordinate grievance management, and draft capacity-building activity proposals at the central office in Quezon City.

Under the Division Chief, you will supervise PDO II and administrative staff, develop proactive strategies, support policy reviews, and provide technical assistance to regional offices to improve program delivery.

Responsibilities

Supervise the delivery of outputs of the Client Relations and Strategic Operational Leadership in the Grievance Management unit.
Respond to concerns raised by management, regional counterparts, and stakeholders.
Provide input or comments on draft guidelines or policies.
Attend meetings and training on behalf of the Division.
Drafts GRS activity proposals.
Design proactive strategies addressing grievances and systemic issues across programs.
Plan annual operational activities based on program thrusts and priorities.
Implement interventions to address grievance gaps.
Prepare GRS accomplishment reports and data.
Serve as a resource on grievance redress processes.
Draft policy guidelines and system enhancements.
