Job summary

Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) is seeking a Project Development Officer II to support grievance data management, policy development, and data reporting. The role involves coordinating with regional offices, ensuring data quality, and preparing regular GRS reports.

The incumbent will assist in monitoring Work Plans, draft memoranda, and provide technical support on the GRS-IS system to stakeholders, under close supervision.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.
• Training: 4 hours of relevant training.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.
• Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process grievance data from the GRS IS to create summaries and a dashboard.
• Prepare bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semestral, and annual GRS data/reports.
• Assist in tracking the Work Plan commitments of the Division.
• Perform QA on grievance data.
• Draft memoranda for data requests at the NPMO level with supervisor approval.
• Provide technical assistance to regional counterparts.
• Draft minutes and SOA summaries for activities.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by Division Chief/ PDO IV/ PDO III.
• Maintain and enhance the GRS IS, monitor enhancements, and propose resolutions.
