Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in the Philippines is seeking a Project Development Officer II to assist in grievance handling and policy development within the Office of the Beneficiary Management and Delivery Systems at DSWD Central Office in Quezon City.

The role involves coordinating grievances, assisting in technical guidance to regional offices, and supporting retroactive payment processing using PPIS. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.
• Training: 4 hours of relevant training.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.
• Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial or final resolution to concerns and/or complaints received from different channels by the Division, and record the same in the GRS tracker/system.
• Endorse grievances to the appropriate Field Offices, divisions, and external agencies/stakeholders.
• Draft memorandum addressed to the concerned office/s or Field Offices on cases/inquiries received at the NPMO level, subject to the approval of the immediate supervisor.
• Assist the PDO III in providing technical assistance to the regional counterparts.
• Assist the PDO III in tracking the status of grievances and following up with the regional counterpart on case resolution.
• Consolidate uploaded retroactive payment file transactions through the Pantawid Pamilyang Information System (PPIS).
• Draft Notice of Approved Payroll Action (NAPA) for submission to the Grants Division (GD) for payment processing.
• Draft minutes of the meeting, feedback report, or summary of agreements (SOA) on the activities attended, subject to review by the immediate supervisor.
