Job summary

DSWD is seeking a PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER II to support partnership development, policy planning, and program management across designated projects. The role focuses on data management, reporting, and coordinating with CSOs and government agencies to deliver outcomes.

The incumbent will prepare communications, monitor engagements, and represent the division in meetings and workshops as required, ensuring timely updates and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job.
• Training: 4 hours of relevant training.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.
• Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assists in monitoring, documentation, coordination and management of new and existing engagements with CSOs, Regional and National Government Agencies, inter-agency convergence.
• Ensures that the technical support needs of partnership activities are met, particularly completed technical staff work.
• Evaluates and analyzes partnership data and contribute to identifying trends and strategies for action.
• Prepares and submits communication and reports.
• Reports through official communication the status and specially partnership-critical updates, developments and activities.
