vamasters, Inc. seeks a technically skilled GoHighLevel Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through onboarding workflows, pipelines, and automations. You’ll run onboarding calls and help contractors adopt the platform with clear explanations and friendly support.

When not onboarding, you’ll perform social media outreach to generate new leads, maintain accurate records, and chase missing information to keep projects moving forward.

Formación

• Proven hands-on experience building workflows, pipelines, and automations in GoHighLevel.
• Experience running client-facing calls such as onboarding, customer success, or account management
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, confident phone and video presence
• Patience and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Experience with social media outreach or lead generation
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through
• Focused, rigorous, and effective when left to run with the work
• Strong communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Follow the onboarding call schedule and checklist for every new client
• Track each client’s onboarding progress and chase missing information or tasks
• Carry out social media outreach to find potential clients for our free Google audit offer
• Keep client records, pipeline stages, and outreach activity accurate and current

Job Summary:

New clients will get a smooth first experience from a technically skilled and people-friendly GoHighLevel Onboarding Specialist, who builds our client onboarding system and guides new clients through it. You will create GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and automations that onboard each client based on the service they choose, and you'll run onboarding calls with clients, many of whom are contractors who aren't comfortable with technology. When you're not onboarding, you'll help us find new clients through social media outreach. Strength in GoHighLevel, patience and clarity on calls, and a proactive habit of filling your time with growth work make for the ideal fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and automations for client onboarding
• Set up onboarding paths tailored to the specific service each client selects

• Experience with video call and screen-share tools such as Zoom or Google Meet
• Able to handle a full slate of projects while keeping each one moving
