Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Tavor Perry is seeking a GoHighLevel Automation & Lead Conversion VA to own the post-lead journey. You will audit the GoHighLevel setup, rebuild automations, and craft nurture experiences that convert leads into booked calls and purchases.
You’ll diagnose gaps, optimize workflows, and document every step to keep the system maintainable. Strong English communication and self-reliant work style are essential.
Job Summary:
We’re currently interviewing for a GHL Automation & Lead Conversion VA to take ownership of everything that happens once a lead arrives. Our lead generation is already performing well; what’s missing is the nurturing, follow-up, and conversion that should come next. You’ll audit our current GoHighLevel setup, uncover what’s broken or absent, rebuild the automation and email nurture experience, and make sure every lead follows the right path. We’re keen on someone who can diagnose a system, not just put together basic workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Review the full GoHighLevel environment and document gaps in workflows, automations, and follow-up sequences
Rebuild and sharpen email nurture sequences that guide new leads toward booked calls and purchases
Create and maintain workflows, triggers, tags, segmentation rules, and pipeline stages in GoHighLevel
Confirm every lead is in the correct pipeline stage and getting the correct automated follow-up
Test conditional logic across every automation and fix broken, looping, or dead-end paths
Link quiz results, landing pages, and funnels to properly segmented follow-up journeys
Stay on top of follow-up for incoming leads so no enquiry goes unanswered
Track campaign performance (open rates, click rates, conversion metrics) and report the results
Propose and roll out improvements that lift lead-to-client conversion
Document every workflow, automation, and process you build so the system remains maintainable
Mandatory Skills:
Proven hands‑on GoHighLevel experience that goes past theory or basic workflow building
Demonstrated ability to build workflows, triggers, tags, segmentation, and pipelines from scratch
Experience auditing an existing CRM or automation setup and pinpointing gaps and failure points
Strong email marketing background, including nurture and follow‑up sequence design
Experience building or maintaining funnels and landing pages in a CRM platform
Ability to test and troubleshoot conditional logic in automations
Comfortable reading campaign analytics and turning the numbers into recommendations
Clear documentation habits and the ability to record processes others can easily follow
Sharp, consistent, and self‑reliant
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Skills:
Experience with quiz funnels, assessments, or interactive lead magnets
Familiarity with membership areas, low‑ticket offers, workshops, and high‑ticket coaching funnels
Background supporting coaching, online education, or digital product businesses
Email copywriting skills alongside technical automation ability
Experience handling direct lead follow‑up by email or SMS in addition to automation
Social media content or scheduling experience (scope may expand over time)
Able to keep track of several projects at once
Why Join Us:
This role comes with real ownership. Rather than maintaining someone else’s system, you’ll diagnose it, rebuild it, and prove the impact with numbers. You’ll work directly with the business owner, with the autonomy to recommend changes and see them carried out. If you enjoy turning a messy funnel into a clean, converting machine, you’ll have plenty to work with here.
