Qualifications

• Experience supporting coaches, consultants, agencies, or service-based businesses is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, customize and optimize funnels and campaigns within GoHighLevel.
• Design and maintain automation workflows for lead nurturing.
• Manage CRM pipelines and lead segmentation.
• Configure calendars, forms, surveys, and email/SMS campaigns
• Troubleshoot platform issues, automation errors, and performance gaps within GoHighLevel
• Support while-labeled GoHighLevel accounts with confidence and accuracy
• Collaborate with clients or internal teams to productize services into repeatable, scalable systems
• Document workflows, campaign setups, and system updates for ongoing optimization
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively recommend system improvements

The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work schedule:

• Part-time or full-time (based on client needs)
• Monday to Friday
• Working hours aligned with US or UK business

Responsibilities:
