Job summary

vamasters, Inc. seeks a GoHighLevel Onboarding Specialist to shape the initial client experience. You will build GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and automations to onboard clients based on their service, and run onboarding calls with contractors who may not be tech-savvy.

When not onboarding, you’ll support growth through social media outreach, helping to identify new clients and keeping records up to date across pipelines and outreach activities.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience building GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines and automations.
• Experience running client-facing calls such as onboarding or account management.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear phone/video presence.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Experience with social media outreach or lead generation.

Job Summary:

Every new client's first experience with us will be shaped by a technically skilled, people-friendly GoHighLevel Onboarding Specialist, who builds our client onboarding system and guides new clients through it. You will create GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and automations that onboard each client based on the service they choose, and you will run onboarding calls with clients, many of whom are contractors who are not comfortable with technology. When you are not onboarding, you will help us find new clients through social media outreach. Strength in GoHighLevel, patience and clarity on calls, and a proactive approach to filling your time with growth work make for the ideal candidate.
