Job summary

vamasters, Inc. seeks a GoHighLevel Onboarding Specialist to shape the initial client experience. You will build GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and automations to onboard clients based on their service, and run onboarding calls with contractors who may not be tech-savvy.

When not onboarding, you’ll support growth through social media outreach, helping to identify new clients and keeping records up to date across pipelines and outreach activities.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience building GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines and automations.
• Experience running client-facing calls such as onboarding or account management.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear phone/video presence.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Experience with social media outreach or lead generation.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Ability to work remotely with self-discipline.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and automations for client onboarding.
• Set up onboarding paths tailored to the service each client selects.
• Run and support client onboarding calls, guiding clients through setup and requirements.
• Explain technical steps in simple language for non-tech-savvy clients.
• Follow the onboarding call schedule and checklist for every new client.
• Track onboarding progress and follow up on missing information or tasks.
• Carry out social media outreach to find potential clients for our free Google audit offer.
• Keep client records, pipeline stages, and outreach activity up to date.
