• Ability to write clear, step-by-step SOPs.

Responsibilities

Our move to a single GoHighLevel agency account calls for a skilled GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to build, manage, and optimize our setup as we leave multiple sub-accounts behind. You will work across snapshots, funnels, calendars, workflows, CRM pipelines, and integrations, while overseeing leads and keeping our systems documented and running smoothly. A hands‑on problem solver who enjoys building clean systems, troubleshooting issues, and staying ahead of new tools like AI agents is the ideal fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and deploy GoHighLevel snapshots across accounts
• Support the migration from multiple sub-accounts to an agency account
• Create funnels and landing pages that are clean, functional, and conversion-focused
• Set up and manage calendars, booking flows, and appointment automations
• Build and maintain automation workflows, CRM records, and sales pipelines
• Configure and manage payment integrations and social media integrations
• Oversee incoming leads to make sure they are captured, routed, and followed up correctly
• Create clear SOPs for systems and processes, and follow existing SOPs consistently
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with workflows, integrations, and automations quickly
• Explore and implement AI agents and AI-powered automations within GoHighLevel

Mandatory Skills

• Proven hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel, including workflows, funnels, calendars, and pipelines
• Experience building and using GoHighLevel snapshots

• Experience with Stripe or other payment processors
