VA Masters seeks a skilled GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to build, manage, and optimize our GoHighLevel setup as we consolidate sub-accounts into a single agency account in the Philippines. You will work across snapshots, funnels, calendars, workflows, CRM pipelines, and integrations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys creating clean systems, troubleshooting issues, and staying ahead of new tools, including AI agents, to drive conversion and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience with workflows, funnels, calendars, and pipelines.
• Experience creating and using GoHighLevel snapshots.
• Experience configuring payment and social media integrations within GoHighLevel.
• Strong troubleshooting and systems-thinking abilities.
• Ability to write clear SOPs.
• Reliability, detail-orientation, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and deploy GoHighLevel snapshots across accounts.
• Support migration from sub-accounts to agency account.
• Create clean, conversion-focused funnels and landing pages.
• Set up calendars, booking flows, and appointment automations.
• Build and maintain automation workflows, CRM records, and pipelines.
• Configure payment and social media integrations.
• Oversee leads: capture, routing, follow-ups.
• Create SOPs and follow existing ones.
• Troubleshoot workflows, integrations, and automations.

We are looking for a skilled GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to build, manage, and optimize our GoHighLevel setup as we move from multiple sub-accounts to a single agency account. You will work across snapshots, funnels, calendars, workflows, CRM pipelines, and integrations, while overseeing leads and keeping our systems documented and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on problem solver who enjoys building clean systems, troubleshooting issues, and staying ahead of new tools like AI agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and deploy GoHighLevel snapshots across accounts
• Support the migration from multiple sub-accounts to an agency account
• Create funnels and landing pages that are clean, functional, and conversion‑focused
• Set up and manage calendars, booking flows, and appointment automations
• Build and maintain automation workflows, CRM records, and sales pipelines
• Configure and manage payment integrations and social media integrations
• Oversee incoming leads to make sure they are captured, routed, and followed up correctly
• Create clear SOPs for systems and processes, and follow existing SOPs consistently
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with workflows, integrations, and automations quickly
• Explore and implement AI agents and AI‑powered automations within GoHighLevel

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel, including workflows, funnels, calendars, and pipelines
• Experience building and using GoHighLevel snapshots
• Experience setting up payment integrations and social media integrations in GoHighLevel
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a logical, systems‑focused approach
• Ability to write clear, step‑by‑step SOPs
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building AI agents or AI automations in GoHighLevel, such as Conversation AI or Voice AI (strong plus)
• Experience migrating sub‑accounts or managing a GoHighLevel agency account
• Experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n integrations
• Experience with Stripe or other payment processors
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
