VA Masters in Tagbilaran, Philippines seeks a GoHighLevel Automation & Lead Conversion VA responsible for auditing, rebuilding, and optimizing our post-lead processes. You will enhance nurture, follow-up, and conversion across funnels and landing pages, ensuring accurate handoffs and scalable workflows.

This hands-on role requires diagnosing systems, documenting processes, and delivering measurable improvements in lead-to-client conversion.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, not basic workflows.
• Ability to design and rebuild workflows, triggers, tags, segmentation, and pipelines from scratch.
• Experience auditing an existing CRM or automation setup and identifying gaps.
• Strong email marketing background with nurture and follow-up design.
• Experience building funnels and landing pages within a CRM.
• Ability to test and troubleshoot conditional logic in automations.
• Comfortable reading campaign analytics and translating data into recommendations.
• Clear documentation habits to record processes for others to follow.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Audit the GoHighLevel environment end to end and document gaps in workflows, automations, and follow-up sequences.
• Rebuild and optimize email nurture sequences that move leads toward booked calls and purchases.
• Build and maintain workflows, triggers, tags, segmentation rules, and pipeline stages in GoHighLevel.
• Ensure every lead sits in the correct pipeline stage and receives the correct automated follow-up.
• Test conditional logic across all automations and repair looping or dead-end paths.
• Connect quiz results, landing pages, and funnels to segmented follow-up journeys.
• Manage ongoing follow-up on incoming leads so no enquiry is left unanswered.
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click rates, conversion metrics) and report results.
• Recommend and implement improvements that increase lead-to-client conversion.
• Document all workflows, automations, and processes built so the system is maintainable.
