Tavor Perry in the Philippines is seeking a GoHighLevel Automation & Lead Conversion VA to own the post-lead journey, auditing existing setups and rebuilding automation and email nurture experiences.

You will ensure leads move through the right journey, optimize funnels, test logic, and maintain documentation. This hands-on role requires diagnosing systems, not just building basic workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience, not just basic workflows.
• Build workflows, triggers, tags, segmentation, and pipelines from scratch.
• Audit an existing CRM or automation setup and identify gaps and failure points.
• Strong email marketing background, including nurture and follow-up sequences.
• Experience building or maintaining funnels and landing pages inside a CRM.
• Test and troubleshoot conditional logic in automations.
• Read campaign analytics and translate numbers into recommendations.
• Clear documentation habits to record processes for others.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Audit the existing GoHighLevel environment end to end and document gaps in workflows, automations, and follow-up sequences.
• Rebuild and optimize email nurture sequences that move new leads toward booked calls and purchases.
• Build and maintain workflows, triggers, tags, segmentation rules, and pipeline stages in GoHighLevel.
• Ensure every lead sits in the correct pipeline stage and receives the correct automated follow-up.
• Test conditional logic across all automations and repair broken, looping, or dead-end paths.
• Connect quiz results, landing pages, and funnels to correctly segmented follow-up journeys.
• Manage ongoing follow-up on incoming leads so no enquiry is left unanswered.
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click rates, conversion metrics) and report on results.
• Recommend and implement improvements that increase lead-to-client conversion.
• Document all workflows, automations, and processes built so the system is maintainable.
