Job summary

VA Masters seeks a GoHighLevel Automation and CRM Systems Specialist to build, optimize, and maintain the backend of our GoHighLevel CRM. This hands-on role focuses on workflows, automations, funnels, integrations, and AI bot configuration, not direct customer conversations.

The ideal candidate will turn partially configured accounts into clean, fully automated systems. You will own end-to-end processes, ensure reliable email deliverability, and integrate multiple lead sources.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GoHighLevel building: workflows, automations, pipelines, funnels, calendars, forms.
• CRM architecture knowledge: pipelines, stages, tags, triggers, routing logic.
• Experience building email/SMS sequences from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize end-to-end GoHighLevel workflows and automations across the customer journey.
• Configure automated email and SMS sequences triggered by booking events, including intake forms and privacy/consent documents.
• Create and maintain reusable email, SMS, and form templates within the CRM.
• Diagnose and resolve email deliverability issues, including domain authentication and sender reputation.
• Configure AI chatbots/conversation AI to keep flows active after lead replies.
• Integrate lead sources (Facebook/Meta Ads, website forms) into the CRM pipeline.
• Build CRM pipelines, stages, tags, and lead routing from the ground up.
• Design funnels and landing pages, integrating with the website.
• Connect scheduling software via integrations/webhooks/APIs.
• Audit account setup and recommend improvements.
• Document systems and workflows for handover.
