Metacom Careers is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support an international television account via voice. You will assist customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive experience while meeting quality standards.

The role requires handling inbound calls, maintaining documentation, and adhering to shift schedules, including weekends and holidays. On-site in Bridgetowne, Quezon City, with competitive benefits and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or higher.
• At least 6 months of BPO customer service experience.
• Experience handling an international voice account is preferred.
• Good English communication with CEFR B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound voice calls from international customers.
• Address inquiries and service-related concerns professionally.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
• Resolve issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions and transactions in the system.
• Follow procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Meet quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and attendance metrics.
• Work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays when required.
