Job summary

Metacom Careers is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Retail International Voice Account. The CSR will assist international customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, processing requests, and delivering a positive experience on every call.

The role requires at least 6 months of customer-facing experience, strong English communication, and willingness to work onsite with shifting schedules. Previous BPO exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
• At least 6 months of customer-facing experience
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Comfortable handling voice interactions with international customers
• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• BPO/customer service experience is an advantage

• Handle inbound voice calls from international retail customers.
