Metacom Careers is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our International Voice Account team. You will provide exceptional customer support to international clients by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional and efficient communication.

Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound voice interactions, addressing inquiries, documenting interactions, and adhering to quality standards.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course.
• 6 months of BPO experience.
• Experience in an International Voice Account is required.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule and onsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through voice support.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account-related concerns.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Follow established processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Achieve performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality.
