GDV BUSINESS SERVICES CO. is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our expanding team in Quezon City. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through voice or non-voice channels, providing timely support, and assisting with account updates.

Applicants should be at least High School Graduates and possess good communication skills. The position requires willingness to work onsite in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays when necessary.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• With at least 6 months BPO experience OR 6 months customer-facing experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through voice or non-voice channels.
• Assist with customer requests, account updates, and issue resolution.
• Provide accurate information based on established guidelines.
• Process and update customer information.
• Document customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
