Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management in the Philippines seeks a US Recruitment Team Lead to drive delivery for a team of offshore recruiters focused on US tech and corporate roles.

You will coach the team, manage client expectations, and optimize recruitment pipelines to ensure top-tier placements while maintaining data integrity in the ATS.

Hybrid (M-F) in Makati City with night-shift alignment for US timelines; strong stakeholder management and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or managing a recruitment team within an RPO, agency, or offshore/shared services environment.
• Deep expertise in the US recruitment market, including sourcing onshore US citizens, green card holders, and navigating US visa classifications.
• Strong track record recruiting for Technical (IT/Engineering) and/or Corporate/Professional Services roles.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and drive performance across a team of recruiters handling high-volume accounts.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with US-based clients.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and generate actionable performance insights.
• Experience utilizing AI-driven recruitment platforms and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with Agile recruitment methodologies or specialized technical sourcing tools (preferred).
• Prior experience in client-facing account management within a global delivery model (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing daily guidance, active coaching, and strategic support to meet delivery goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines for high-priority and complex US tech and corporate roles.
• Monitor and drive team performance against key recruitment metrics, KPIs, submission quality, and placement targets.
• Coach recruiters on advanced sourcing methodologies, US candidate engagement, visa navigation, and localized recruitment strategies.
• Interface directly with US-based clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, calibrate profiles, and present pipeline reports.
• Analyze pipeline bottlenecks, implement productivity action plans, and refine offshore recruitment processes for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure meticulous data integrity and accurate pipeline tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
