Cardinal Health International Philippines Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead interview scheduling, onboarding, and candidate communications for a night-shift role in Manila. The role supports global stakeholders and manages end-to-end recruitment processes.

The candidate will coordinate offers, background checks, and new-hire documentation, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and accurate records across recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition or related HR function.
• Experience in RPO/Shared Services or high-volume hiring preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and onboarding activities.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms such as Workday preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with global stakeholders.
• Must be willing to work fixed night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila).

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate interview process including scheduling and logistics.
• Facilitate onboarding: offer letters, background checks, orientation details, paperwork.
• Handle invoicing and other logistical details.
• Maintain recruiter/hiring manager/candidate communications.
• Create a positive candidate experience.
