You will manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S.-based talent, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding, leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.

Hybrid role in Quezon City with night shifts and weekends off. The package includes strong growth, mentorship, and extensive opportunities within a global team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience for U.S. market
• Experience sourcing, engaging, interviewing and onboarding U.S.-based Engineering/IT talent
• Experience recruiting technical roles across IT, engineering, telecom, manufacturing or related fields
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, referrals, email outreach, phone prospecting
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring targets
• Hands-on experience with applicant records in an ATS
• Vendor management experience preferred; VMS exposure is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for U.S.-based candidates and stakeholders
• Proactive, organized and results-driven with strong follow-through

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Identify qualified U.S.-based talent via LinkedIn, platforms, referrals and databases
• Develop targeted recruitment strategies for urgent and difficult-to-fill roles
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess fit and technical capability
• Endorse shortlisted candidates with detailed assessment notes
• Maintain candidate progression and timely communication throughout hiring
• Assist with offer, pre-employment, and onboarding readiness
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for immediate and future needs
• Monitor market developments to strengthen sourcing effectiveness
• Keep ATS records complete and up-to-date
