Job summary

IBM Consulting Philippines is hiring a Talent Care Advisor to lead end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based client engagements. You will manage relationships with applicants, hiring managers, and client contacts, while ensuring adherence to client-approved processes.

The role requires 1+ year in recruitment, strong ATS experience, and excellent communication. Night shift on-site work is required, with opportunities to grow within IBM's global talent network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in recruitment (in-house, RPO or agency)
• Strong experience with web-based applicant tracking systems and recruitment practices
• Able to build positive relationships with clients and provide long-term value
• Excellent communication skills and consistency in messaging
• Willingness to work night shift on site

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with applicants, hiring managers and client contacts
• Receive applications for open requisitions and evaluate before shortlisting candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers and location contacts for effective hiring processes
• Educate users on ATS and process guidelines
• Handle union-related transactions and compliance with policies
• Review assessments as part of selection
• Maintain documentation related to process execution
• Adhere to SLAs and OLAs and internal timelines
• Address recruitment concerns via email, phone or chat
• Ensure compliance with IBM deliverables and policies
• Support own learning and development
