Job summary

IBM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Talent Care Advisor to lead and execute client-approved hiring strategies for US-based roles. The role acts as the end-to-end point of contact for hiring managers and candidate coordination within IBM and client teams.

You will manage applicant communications, oversee evaluation and shortlisting, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure ATS compliance while handling union-related processes. Night shifts on-site are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience in in-house, RPO, or agency roles.
• Strong experience with a web-based applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ability to build positive, long-term relationships with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with applicants, hiring managers and client contacts.
• Receive applications for open requisitions and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and location contacts via email and phone for effective hiring processes.
• Provide support on ATS usage and guidelines to managers, contacts, and candidates.
• Handle union-related transactions such as involuntary separations, recalls and transfers.
• Review voice and video assessments as part of the selection process.
• Maintain documents related to process execution (process documents, job aids, alerts, spreadsheets).
• Adhere to SLAs, OLAs, and internal timelines.
• Address recruitment concerns via email, phone or chat.
• Ensure compliance with IBM deliverables, guidelines and policies.
• Pursue ongoing learning and development.
