Job summary

SID Global Solutions in Metro Manila is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build strong technology talent pipelines for local and global hiring requirements. This role focuses on IT recruitment with 3–6 years of hands-on experience and English fluency.

You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, source through LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, referrals, and conduct initial recruiter interviews. Close collaboration with hiring managers enables smooth technical interviews and joining

Qualifications

Hands-on IT recruitment experience (3–6 years).
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree in HR/PSY/Business/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, referrals & job portals.
Build Boolean & X-Ray searches to identify passive talent.
Screen candidates and conduct initial recruiter interviews.
Partner with hiring managers and coordinate technical interviews.
Manage offers, negotiations, counteroffers and joining formalities.
Maintain ATS records and track recruitment KPIs & SLAs.
Build long-term relationships with candidates and maintain active talent pipelines.
