Job summary

GoTeam in Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking an experienced IT/Tech Recruiter to manage client hiring, oversee job orders, and provide timely updates to clients.

You will conduct initial candidate interviews, coordinate candidate submissions, and maintain long-term relationships with talent while leveraging ATS and Microsoft applications. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT/Tech recruitment experience.
• Experience in client management and sourcing or lead generation.
• Senior Recruiter with tech background, including AI automation roles.
• BPO experience or non-BPO with US client-facing hiring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill roles is a plus.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point-of-contact for client delivery and oversee hiring for assigned job orders.
• Provide at least weekly updates to clients and handle client reporting.
• Facilitate client interviews and hiring assessments.
• Ensure timely communication with clients regarding recruitment service-related concerns.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop talent acquisition solutions.
• Search the database for profiles to present to clients.
• Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
