Job summary

Schneider Electric Philippines is seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to support North America Operations by coordinating orders, logistics, and service delivery with internal teams and external partners. You will manage backorders, provide delivery dates, and uphold contract obligations.

Responsibilities include maintaining Siebel CRM data integrity, processing invoices in Oracle iProcurement, and fostering strong relationships with service providers, sales personnel, vendors and customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience in a BPO or Shared Services setup.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in Rosario, Cavite.
• Amenable to Graveyard / Night shift.

Responsibilities

• Proactively managing open orders for Asco accounts; field inquiries regarding logistics and order fulfillment and policies, coordinating with APC departments for on-time delivery.
• Field calls about backorders and RMAs; obtain delivery dates from USC Service Parts and relay to customers.
• Maintain professional relationships with Service Providers, Sales Personnel, Manufacturer Representatives, Vendors and Customers.
• Understand evolving product/service payments to outside vendors and NAM Dispatch Fees.
• Review and process Vendor/Service Provider invoices into Oracle iProcurement per Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Educate customers when engagements move to Time & Materials pricing and obtain signed T&M forms and POs.
• Ensure high data integrity in Siebel CRM; correct asset/customer relations and entitlement/warranty data.
