Job summary

Schneider Electric in Cavite, Philippines is seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to support North America Operations from our local team. You will manage open orders, field inquiries on logistics, and ensure on-time delivery while coordinating with Sales, Project Coordination, and the USC Parts Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Minimum 6 months of related work experience.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work in Rosario, Cavite, including graveyard/night shift.
• Must be a motivated team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively managing open orders for APC accounts and fielding inquiries on logistics, order fulfillment, and policies to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Retrieve system information and coordinate backorder or RMA delivery dates with USC Service Parts and communicate updates to customers.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with Service Providers, Sales personnel, manufacturers representatives, vendors and customers to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Understand and implement evolving product/service payments with external vendors and NAM Dispatch Fees.
• Review vendor or SP invoices for accuracy and process them in Oracle iProcurement (iProcurement) in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Engage customers not under contract with APC in Time & Materials discussions, including pricing, labor, travel and shipping, and possibly convert to maintenance contracts.
• Maintain high integrity of Siebel CRM data, including asset/customer records, serial numbers, and entitlement/warranty for UPS commissioning.
