Job summary

Schneider Electric Philippines seeks a Service Scheduling Coordinator to support North America Operations by coordinating open orders, logistics, and service metrics. You will interact with Sales—Inside and Outside Personnel, Project Coordination, Order Fulfillment, Technical Support, USC Parts, and Manufacturers Representatives to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 6 months in related fields, strong multi-tasking and teamwork, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree is required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the related field is required.
• Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage open orders for APC accounts and field inquiries about logistics and order policies.
• Maintain relationships with Service Providers, Sales, Manufacturers Representatives, Vendors and Customers to ensure contract obligations.
• Process invoices into Oracle iProcurement and ensure data integrity in Siebel CRM.
