Emapta Philippines seeks a Sales Development Representative to build a qualified pipeline through strategic prospecting and outbound outreach. You will qualify leads using BANCT, research business needs, and communicate value to potential clients while coordinating with internal teams for smooth handoffs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in sales or related role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Zoho preferred.
• Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly, including verifying outputs and safeguarding information.
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to understand customer needs and communicate value.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and establish alignment through clear communication.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with consistent follow-through.
• Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication skills.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound lead generation, high-volume prospecting, and targeted outreach to develop qualified pipeline opportunities and support booking targets.
• Apply qualification methodologies such as BANCT to evaluate, prioritize, and progress prospective leads through the sales process.
• Research prospects, identify business needs, and communicate relevant solutions and potential value.
• Develop and maintain pipeline through structured qualification, consistent follow-up, and strategic account planning.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, next steps, forecasts, opportunity details, documentation, and handoffs.
• Use AI-assisted research and preparation tools responsibly to improve prospect insights, communication relevance, and sales productivity.
• Track results and key performance indicators to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and appropriate next actions.
• Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to maintain clear ownership, seamless handoffs, and consistent progress.
• Demonstrate accountability, sound judgment, resilience, integrity, continuous improvement, and a results-focused approach in daily execution.
