Responsibilities

• Sales & outreach (~60%): research prospects, build lists, send 40–60 personalized messages daily, follow up, qualify leads, book discovery calls, maintain HubSpot CRM.
• Admin & operations (~40%): manage business email, schedule meetings, prepare weekly reports, draft emails, support proposals and onboarding, assist with social media scheduling.
