Plus Forty is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator to sit at the centre of Sales, Supply Chain, logistics, customers, and 3PL partners. This remote role focuses on day-to-day execution of customer orders across international markets, ensuring accuracy, warehouse readiness, and timely delivery.

The role requires coordinating 3PLs, handling order data in Unleashed, and providing operational support to Sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional orders across Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Strong written and spoken English with excellent numerical ability.
• Ability to manage multiple markets and stakeholders in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt to warehouse release and delivery.
• Process and review orders via SPS Commerce, EDI and other channels.
• Enter and maintain orders in Unleashed and internal systems with accuracy.
