This full-time role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple operational tasks in a remote-friendly environment. The ideal candidate will coordinate vehicle exports/imports, liaise with freight providers, and help maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Operations/Logistics coordination or related fields.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency with common office tools and cloud-based platforms; basic bookkeeping knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and logistics tasks to ensure smooth business functioning.
• Manage basic accounts, track expenses, and maintain financial records.
• Coordinate customer communication via email/phone and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Handle end-to-end logistics, including scheduling, tracking shipments, and documentation.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and invoicing.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
